Arrive Tel Aviv Ben Gurion airport and transfer to Jerusalem Stay at the Indian Hospice for the duration of the visit
Bed and Breakfast
Visit Mt. of Olives to admire views of the walled Old City. Then visit the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus prayed the night before he was crucified.
Enter the Old City of Jerusalem and walk through the Four Quarters (Muslim, Christian, Jewish and Armenian) to view the major landmarks of 4000 years of dramatic history, including the Dome of the Rock, the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. To include the via Dolorosa.
Lunch in the Old City
Depart from Jerusalem to visit historic Bethlehem and see the Church of Nativity, and on to Shepherd’s Fields in Beit Sahour where the angels announced the birth of the Christ. Lunch in Bethlehem
Later drive to visit Jerusalem New city, to visit Ein Karem village & the Church of Saint John the Baptist.
Visit ancient Caesarea with its Roman amphitheatre, port, hippodrome, and aqueduct. This is a magnificent archaeological site which has been incredibly restored and brought back to life.
Explore Israel’s third city, Haifa set on the slopes of Mount Carmel which you will drive alongside on the way. Lunch in Haifa
In the city, you will enjoy a view of the beautiful Bahai Gardens, a world heritage site home to the Bahai faith.
Visit the Dead Sea, the saltiest lake basin in the world.
Continue to Masada, ascend to the top of Masada by cable car for a visit to the excavations of the ancient city Zelolta. Lunch in Jericho
Stop at Wadi Qelt where the desert views are particularly impressive.
Travel back to Tel Aviv airport
